How to use WINZIP

1.  Open Windows Explorer and create a new folder in the root directory of the C:\ drive and  name it POWERPOINTASSIGN.

2.  Copy all of the files that you are going to submit for the assignment to the  POWERPOINTASSIGN  folder.

3.  Right Click the  PWRPNTASSIGN folder and then left click the option of   ‘Add to  POWERPOINTASSIGN .zip’

4.  That is all there is to it, all of your files are now zipped into one zip file.

5.  Attach  ‘POWERPOINTASSIGN .zip’  to the email you send to your instructor.   HINT:    When you are in YOUR email system and browsing for the  ‘POWERPOINTASSIGN .zip’ file, you will find it in the root directory of the C:\  drive.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

YOU WILL REPEAT THE ABOVE PROCESS FOR VB2005ASSIGN  & FRONTPAGEASSIGN & EXCELASSIGN.

Hint:  Any  folder that you create in step 1. may contain as many folders and sub folders as you need to solve the problem.

For example,  if you have a VB2005  assignment that has one main top folder which contains 3 subfolders and each

subfolder contains other subfolders, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS COPY THE ONE MAIN TOP FOLDER TO  THE

VB2005ASSIGN FOLDER,  and when you zip VB2005ASSIGN you will automatically zip everything contained in it to

‘VB2005ASSIGN.zip’ so that you only have to send the one  ‘VB2005ASSIGN.zip’  file to your instructor.
